Aptly named 'Doghouse' Mars-owned Pedigree is continuing its mission to use technology to give abandoned dogs new homes. With half the world's dogs presently homeless, last year, it used Zoom to find them their forever homes.

Encouraged by the success of 'Dogs on Zoom' Pedigree reached out to Clubhouse, which welcomed 20 adoptable dogs into its chatroom over the weekend (20 March) to raise awareness of the mental, emotional and physical benefits of pet companionship.

Participants in each 'room' were able to click on the dogs’ profiles, learn about them and find out where they can adopt them from, with Pedigree covering adoption fees.

To promote Banana Boat's release Triple Defense for Men, we created a game for touch screens that includes vigorous lotion rubbing on the skin of not-so-hot dudes. Oh, and make it fun!

We knew that to engage users, the mechanics would have to be challenging and the overall experience extremely entertaining. We created a game where users race against the clock to cover a hairy stomach or a bald head with Banana Boat sunscreen using their finger. Losers burn, and winners move on to the next level.

The initiative was created to help organizations like St. Jude find ways to better benefit from creative. BBDO's winning idea, "Hall of Heroes," which the agency pitched to St. Jude at Cannes, will see child cancer patients celebrated as heroes in a virtual interactive hall. BBDO pitched against Arc Worldwide and Interpublic Group's McCann Paris and R/GA.

A karma-fueled game that encouraged people to watch the work shortlisted at the One Show, in order to spin the Wheel of Karma for a chance to win prizes from the creative heavens. The more people interacted with the work, the more chance they had of winning prizes such as a trip to Midtown Comics with Gerry Graf, a Kung Fu lesson with PJ Pereira, cocktails with Cindy Gallop, Karaoke with Jeff Benjamin, etc.

San Diegans love their dogs. The city is one of the dog-friendliest in the entire country, and home to a huge number of dog-related and dog-friendly businesses, many of which were featured recently in Facebook’s “Keep It Local” advertising campaign.

WT New York and Bloomberg launch Labyrinth, a series of mental and physical puzzles for traders to have some fun with -- and get marketed to in the process.

Labyrinth, which is available to all Bloomberg users, is a custom gaming platform for traders to use while they are working. The package also includes Bloomberg Trading Solutions branding throughout the game. For example, 'power-ups,' which let users get to the top of leaderboards, are branded. It is designed to engage those who already use Bloomberg terminals and products and get them to learn more about the trading solutions platform.

Anybody who uses Bloomberg products from a financial institution has access to the game.

A shoppable parade featuring Columbus’ finest local businesses.

Facebook is proud to present “The Local Businesses On Parade Parade,” a first-of-its-kind shoppable parade procession and roundup where Columbus’ local business owners are the stars.

As part of Facebook’s “Keep It Local” campaign that celebrates local businesses all throughout the city, the event will feature a series of high-impact floats, a marching band, food, drink, and more, on a parade route through Grandview Heights and culminating in a large, festival-style round-up at the Grandview Hop with activities, free giveaways, and more.

You don't want to disappoint your mother. It's just that most of the things you do fall short of her expectations. So why mess up something as simple as Mother's Day? Intelligift is a service that lets people focus group test their gift ideas with real moms. Users told us about their mom and what they were planning on giving them, and we focus group tested each idea with targeted moms. As a result, each user received an indexed score with detailed feedback, along with a video of their focus group session.

Fracture IO is an installation we made with MPC NY that re-invents the photo booth to create generative, 3D animated artwork based on the form of the human body. The piece made its debut in May at The One Show Awards celebration at the Bowery Hotel in New York. 

The first step was looking at utilizing contemporary camera technology to create a new type of image. By using both image and depth data, there was an opportunity to create an instantaneous high-res 3D scan – not just a 2D likeness, but a full 3D model of whomever was in the capture booth. Using a combination of computer vision algorithms originally developed for robotic navigation, the team stitched together the image and depth data from 4 Kinects into a complete, accurate 3D model of whomever or whatever was captured.

Models were imported into a custom Unity application on the fly, where splines were animated along the contours of the mesh to define its form. Predefined colour palettes were then applied to crystalline structures set to grow along those splines using same algorithms that govern crystal and organic growth in nature. 

Each artwork created was posted online with mobile-friendly, shareable unique URLs that allowed visitors to experience it in 3D.

This idea came from the fact that Smirnoff has thousands of recipes online, but with hardly anybody viewing them. Facebook started to roll out AI bots and we wanted to be one of the first to develop on this platform.

The Smirnoff barbot has just finished phase 1. It currently serves you cocktails based on you party planning, Smirnoff delivered to your home and discount coupons. Phase 2 involves ordering taxis, home cleaning services after parties, a bartender for your home and many more updates in pipeline.

J. Walter Thompson’s campaign to celebrate its 150th anniversary was named the winner in the Global In-House Team category at the 2015 PRWeek Global Awards show in London. 

Leveraging the brand’s milestone 150-year anniversary, our team developed a year-long, multichannel, fully integrated brand campaign that engaged the J. Walter Thompson global network in celebrating its rich heritage, its longstanding client partnerships, and the advertising industry at large.

The Commodore Challenge, an internal incubator that invited employees around the network to submit and share their own innovative ideas; the Helen Lansdowne Resor Scholarship, an opportunity named after J. Walter Thompson and the industry’s first female copywriter that awards five $10,000 scholarships to aspiring female creatives; a 24-hour global celebration across social media; and commemorative anniversary branding among other activations and assets.

With over 10,000 employees across over 90 different countries,
how do you send the same holiday message to such a culturally diverse group of people?

By deciding to not celebrate one holiday, and instead, celebrate all of them. Well, 12 of them, to be exact.

From well-known holidays like Christmas, Hanukah and Kwanzaa, to slightly lesser known (yet equally wonderful)
holidays like National Bathtub Party Day, and Pretend to be a Time Traveler Day, we designed 12 unique holiday cards,
making sure that no one was left out.

We then sent these cards to employees and clients, as well as creating a website which allowed everyone
to spread their own holiday cheer by customizing and sending any of our 12 cards.

The Challenge: We needed to drive sales of Shell Helix Ultra in over 45 markets across the world. The product was a break-through for the category; instead of just lubricating the engine, it also cleaned it.

We developed the idea ‘Performance You Can See’ and bought this to life by recreating an exact life-size replica of a Nissan 370Z out of high grade acrylic.

This ‘glass car’ not only conveyed how Shell Helix Oils kept an engine sparkling clean, but it also conveyed high technology and performance. The ‘Glass Car’ became a brand property that was used in print media (both consumer and trade), DM and at trade events.

It was a property that spoke for itself, in any country, in any language. Of three different approaches we took to into pre-testing research in Russia, India, Indonesia, China and Brazil two were rated as “very strong”, however Glass Car was ‘exceptional’. Glass Car was a “vivid demonstration of Helix’s cleansing power and conveyed superior technology” and was also highly engaging -“an idea that had not been seen before “The creative development testing was borne out in market. ‘Glass Car’ was the most effective campaign Shell Lubricants had run in over a decade.

A mobile App for Simponi, an arthritis drug. The app was produced to monitor drug usage and the patients improvements in flexibility. The app tracked movement in all joints using a daily survey and the accelerometer in the smartphones. It would record the degree of movement on arm exercises whilst the patient had the phone in their hand.

Who says the underdog can't be employee of the month? New Google technology proves to increase productivity by leveraging companies' most underutilized asset. (An April Fools video for Google, made in two days.)

Using Instagram, outdoor and interactive devices we created a new visual language for Ralph Lauren called Ralph Told Me.

City Parks Foundation (CPF) is the only independent, non-profit organization to offer park-based community programs throughout New York City. We needed to raise awareness and understanding of CPF's, mission/programs. Secondly, leverage CPF/Summerstage audiences to donate both time and money. Nobody knows city parks better than squirrels, so we devised “Get Adopted by Squirrel” - a tongue-in-cheek program to deliver our message to New Yorkers. The campaign covered print, TV, digital, radio, OOH and social channels."Adopted" New Yorkers received regular updates from their squirrel parents about events in city parks, allowing CPF to maintain long-term, continuous contact with their target audience.

72andSunny has officially opened Sundae, its social media influencer division, or, in their words, “a purpose-driven creator network made for creators, by creators.”

The name comes from the combination of three “scoops” to create authentic content: brands, creators and purpose. 

We a small team we created the wesbsite, including front and back end, set up the influencer team and created all advertising content.

During November 2011 JWT London launched an online film for Anti-Slavery International, the world’s oldest international human rights organisation. The film highlights the stark reality of modern-day slaves who live in London.

The short film illustrates what it would be like if a domestic slave in the UK was allowed to have a voice, via a Facebook profile.

The film is based on the fictional character, ‘Lala’, whose experiences are an amalgamation of those faced by modern-day slaves that Anti-Slavery International comes into contact with.

Called ‘Facebook’, the film is hosted on the charity’s YouTube channel and shows Lala joining the social network.

Lala’s updates about her experiences of work and general life become more and more distressing as the film progresses, from ‘will I be allowed a few free hours this month?’ to ‘my family probably think I am dead’ and ‘madam has stolen my passport. I have no identity’. Lala also posts photographs of the conditions she lives in as a slave. However, although the online medium gives her a channel to voice her feelings, Lala has no friends on Facebook.

The end of the film shows Anti-Slavery International adding Lala as a friend. The line ‘Slavery in London still needs abolishing’ then appears alongside a link to the charity’s website www.antislavery.org

We created the film on a pro-bono basis with Underworld donating the use of the track ‘Glam Bucket’.

Each week, for twelve weeks, we’ll feature a new contentious topic and challenge our Facebook fans to put their differences aside.

When at Crayon we launched a World Cup-focused TV ad to raise awareness of a promotion that allowed consumers to trade in old products for a discount on a Sony item.

Sony's consumer entertainment division had recently experienced problems that led to the loss of its PlayStation Network for a month following an attack by hackers. Data from the network's 70 million customers was stolen and, earlier that month, Sony was forced to offer each UK PlayStation user two free games to atone for the error.

We made Macy's staple of celebrity designers available for fashion tips and advice across all 800 stores. Consumers can access them through their mobile phones via a Backstage Pass QR.

Macy’s new Backstage Pass is an exciting evolution that brings our stable of fashion experts and designers directly to the customer while they’re shopping in our store, through their hand-held mobile devices,” said Martine Reardon, Macy’s executive vice president of Marketing. “By providing fun and informative video features via an easy-to-use, direct-to-consumer platform, we are connecting and engaging our customer in a personal way that enhances and adds a new element to their shopping experience.”

A mixture of entertainment and fashion, Macy’s Backstage Pass codes will deliver 30-second films to users’ mobile phones that provide fashion inspiration, advice and tips. Following the initial video feature, users will have the option to select longer-length content that will take them further backstage with each designer or brand. Featured designers and experts for the launch of the campaign include Bobbi Brown, Sean “Diddy” Combs, Tommy Hilfiger, Michael Kors, Greg Norman for Tasso Elba, Rachel Roy, Irina Shabayeva for I.N.C., and a host of the nation’s most influential fashion bloggers for Macy’s newest exclusive collection, bar III. Additionally, the campaign will feature content by Martha Stewart and Madonna’s Material Girl in videos currently set to debut a few weeks following the launch.

Listerine, the J&J-owned oral healthcare brand, has rolled out what it claims are the first YouTube brand videos to allow users to personalise content. The campaign allows users to engage with videos and choose the content.

In the 'Mouth vs Life' videos, people dressed as teeth and gums have random items thrown at them to demonstrate the range of germs that can enter the mouth. Users can select various videos, such as 'Things You Drink' and 'Things You Lick,' and play it with their chosen content.

The site houses new products, where to buy, delivery, new cocktails and recipe guides, social links and campaign content. It functions in a similar manner in every market worldwide and the CMS used allows for quick updates and easy language changes.

It includes age gating worldwide and an incredible intake of consumers search/buying behavior and data.
